2009 LABC BUILDING EXCELLENCE AWARDS – WINNER
We are pleased to announce that the scheme at Harmony St Phase 3, was the winner of the award in the “BEST HOUSING – 11 UNITS OR MORE” category at the recent North West LABC Building Excellence Awards, held at the Reebok Stadium, Bolton.

We now go forward to the National Awards to be held in London in October this year. In addition, the scheme at Sienna Court, Chadderton was a finalist in two categories – “Best Commercial Building over £1m” & “Best Healthcare Building”
